Return and refund policy

CMMC Shop is operated by MMC GROUP LTD. Customers in eligible markets may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to applicable consumer law.

Start a return

Email direction@cmmc.tn with the order number, product name and reason for return. Do not send products to our registered office. After reviewing the request, we will provide the correct return instructions and destination.

Return eligibility

The item should be unused, in the condition received and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or video of the item, packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund as appropriate. Return shipping is covered by us when the product is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Other returns

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection or approval. We aim to submit the refund within 10 business days. The customer's bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
