Refund policy
Customers in eligible markets may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to local consumer protection rules and the condition of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, customers must contact CMMC Tech with the order number, product name and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after review.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or video of the issue and the package. We will review the case and offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or refund where appropriate.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, or after the issue is approved for refund.
