Orders and payment

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. An order is accepted after payment confirmation and our order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if there is suspected fraud, an incorrect price, a stock problem or a shipping restriction.

Products and fulfilment

Products are described using information reviewed from our suppliers. Minor differences in colour, packaging or included accessories may occur when clearly disclosed by the product variant or supplier batch.
