Shipping policy

CMMC Shop ships selected products to supported destinations in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Availability depends on the product and destination.

Shipping price and delivery information

The available shipping option and final shipping price are displayed at checkout before payment. An estimated delivery window is shown when available for the selected product, destination and carrier. If no shipping option is offered for an address, we cannot accept that order.

Processing

Orders are normally sent for fulfilment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Products may be fulfilled by approved third-party suppliers and logistics partners and may ship from different warehouses. Multi-item orders can arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When tracking is provided by the supplier or carrier, it is added to the Shopify order and sent to the customer. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Customs and local charges

Customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.

Address accuracy and delays

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Courier operations, customs checks, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect estimates. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer with a replacement, delay or refund option.
